SAP Quality Issue Resolution is a solution that facilitates a collaborative problem-solving process between STIHL and suppliers. It helps you to identify the causes of problems, take action to prevent such problems in the future and document the problem-solving process. If you need access and do not yet have it, please get in touch with your STIHL quality point of contact.
